I was born and raised in New Jersey. Moved to California when I was 18 and decided to move back to NJ when I turned 30. After raising my daughter I finally moved back to the West Coast! What a good choice!
I have worked in many different fields over the years from working on Wall Street, to a truck driver, repo man, bookkeeper for San Diego County, insurance agent, to a small business owner.
After selling both the business and home. I hit the road full time with Paul, and have never looked back. During this time I went back to school and became a certified Health Coach and have been studying food and nutrition ever since. I am not a professional cook but have been cooking for many years and feel very comfortable in a kitchen.

Pretty difficult writing about myself, but here goes. Born outside of Boston in a quaint town where the revolutionary war was fought between the Minutemen and the British. At 25 I’d had enough, and moved around the states courtesy of Uncle Sam, and then spent 5 years between the Italian Dolomites and Bavaria in Germany.
Fast forward, I landed in Silicon Valley and enjoyed working in the fast pace of the defense industries, computer and tech madness. The last few years were spent working remotely as a Systems Development Engineer working with Energy Management Systems, I loved it!
I’ve always had a fascination with tearing things apart and putting them back back together again, sometimes with no extra nuts and bolts. I try to challenge myself by constantly learning.
Lifestyle Experience
We’ve had 8 rigs from a 1985 Winnebago Class C, Airstream, Landmark 5th Wheel, Foretravel Coach, 2 Truck Campers and we’re on our 2nd Camper Van. We have both worked in the outdoor hospitality field, this lifestyle is in our blood. We’ve had many great experiences, valued friendships and have visited about 40 states, and we’ll keep on traveling until it’s not fun.
