Ingredients

  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup trail mix (nuts, dried fruits, chocolate chips, etc.)

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients together except the trail mix.
  • Fold in the trail mix. Make sure it's evenly distributed
  • Take spoonfuls of mix and form a cookie
  • Put the cookies on a parchment paper-lined plate
  • Let the cookies set in a cool place like a fridge or cooler for about 30 minutes
  • Enjoy!
