Campfire S'mores Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 package of favorite chocolate chip cookie dough or homemade cookie dough
  • package Graham crackers
  • 1 package of mini marshmallows
  • 1 large chocolate bar

Instructions

  • Prepare a campfire with hot coals or a portable grill with a grate
  • flatten a portion of cookie dough into a disc
  • Place a square of graham crackers, a marshmallow, and a square of chocolate in the center of the cookie dough
  • Fold the edges of the cookie dough over the graham cracker, chocolate, and marshmallow, forming a ball
  • Wrap the cookie dough ball in aluminum foil
  • Place the foil-wrapped cookies on the open campfire and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning every once in a while until the cookies are golden brown and the marshmallows are melted.
  • Let them cool slightly before opening the package.
