  • 1 small mixing bowl
  • 1 baking sheet or Omnia stovetop oven or air fryer

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries or raisins

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add the egg and vanilla to the butter-sugar mixture. Mix to combine
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mix until just combined
  • Fold in the quick oats, chocolate chips, dried cranberries (or raisins)
  • Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto a baking sheet, air fryer, or Omnia Oven. Leave space between each cookie
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes until the edges are golden brown. Don't let them burn!
